happy monday all..
my lovely roommate blair and i have different eating habits....she is much more a "health guru" whereas i am much more a "junk guru"...i think i have scared her from time to time as i continue to get another snickers ice cream bar or make just a few more break and bakes...all to be finished in record time....
well i have let blair talk me into doing a fruit flush....this started today....as i sit at my desk working, it brings back memories of mile 9 of my half marathon i did, where i was yelling at myself "why did i sign up for this...are we done yet?" today's "flush" menu is 40oz of protein shakes and for dinner we get a raw vegetable salad...blair just informed me that all day we are looking at 600 calories! i consistently consume more than 600 calories in one meal sitting...needless to say this is going to be a challenge for me...but all of you know i love games...and i must come out this as a winner!
i will keep you posted on my progress and results!
here is a quick recap on some happenings over the weekend:
